Time rebel raid was great. We haven't had time to check documents yet.
We raided Therapy Cafe at N 39 45 654 latitude and W 84 11 025 longitude at
exactly 9:11 pm est. Therapy Cafe address is 452 E. Third Street, Dayton Ohio.
The performers were applauded when they left. The raid took about 45 seconds.
Here is a picture of the performers and a picture of the Therapy cafe.
Performers are Rob Avery, Nikki Bowling, and Louis Wood.

During the Time Rebel raids we are looking for something unusual that may indicate that the Time Travelers are among us. After the performance we make notes as to what seemed out of place. Here are the notes as I now have them;
| Jack Bowman: "When I was trying to take the group photo after the raid there was a vertical light source that was in the picture area. I could not find the light source. The camera had a lens hood so it should not have been a reflection. So I moved the performers away from the vertical light. As an afterthought I wish I had photographed the vertical light. It was like moving up and down in a vertical line. It actually was a vertical line but there was movement within the line. Also while inside I sensed someone was close to me to the point that I looked around but no one was there. The raid being only 45 seconds long does not leave a lot of time for contemplation and it is a unique event that we are dealing with. Therefore, only with afterthoughts can we perceive anything amiss." |
| Rob Avery: "I did not see anything unusual besides our own costumes." |
FILM ANALYSISI noticed two things unusual on the video tape of the raid. NUMBER ONE: Only one person had a well lighted face. NUMBER TWO: The camera angle perhaps caused this but it looks like there was a vertical dimension break inside the cafe. The camera angle was not chosen for this and I notice that the light does not seem consistent with the fact that it was only one room. Also here is the entire film of the raid for your review. It is streaming .rm (real media - Real Player)

On November 1st 2005: Jatasha and I went to the Therapy to scout it out. Rob was to meet us there. I took a GPS reading across the street and east of the Therapy about 50 yards. We then went in and ordered food. I talked to the Open mic guy and signed up for 9:00 the following Tuesday (the 8th) We stayed about an hour and then left.

November 8th 2005: I got to Madison St. about 8:00. I parked the 3 slot back from 3rd St on the left side of the one way street. Rob arrived at about 8:15. He parked on 3rd St going east. Louie and Nikki arrived about 8:20 and after a couple trips around the block parked about half way down Madison.
We sat in the car until 8:45 when I put my book bag on my back and entered. I met the open mic guy and told him I had to be on at 9:00. I told him my performers were arriving at 9:11.
The stage was high so the open mic guy offered me some steps to get up. I asked if I could just sit on the stage. I did with the mic in my hand.
I laid the synchronized watch on papers beside me and started at 9:01. The audience was loud. They didn’t pay attention to my poetry. I read a God one (cross in the sky), then read “October Rose” and then “I met a God” I did not read any of them well because I was busy watching the door and making sure the video camera was ready and working. At exactly 9:11 Rob, Nikki and Louie entered. They did their performance. Nikki yelling loudest “The sky is falling”. If Rob and Louie had yelled louder it would have gotten the audience attention sooner. Eventually all the audience did pay attention. They were all out the door in 45 seconds.
I then said on the mic that this was my performance and exited. However before I got my papers and camera together Jason of “Sleepy Bird” band came over and complimented us. He teaches ceramics at Stivers. He also knows Ryan. He said we should raid Ryan’s Performance Art thing that he is having December 9th and 10th at Front Street.
