I checked the video in higher resolution (AVI) and sensed there was something amiss but never could pin it down. I watched the video three times, frame by frame, hour by hour and just could not find it. I did find an appearing red light on an Edward Hopper print of Nighthawks. I thought for awhile this could be my on light on the camera but it does not have one. There is a position change so it could be related. Below is a copy of Hopper's Nighthawks and two stills from the video. The first is without the red light and the second is with it. Nighthawks is in the upper right quarter of the pictures.

JOURNAL 17 November 2005I took the GPS reading on the corner of E. 5th and Brown (about 30 feet from the entrance). The raid venue was selected because we could raid at 9:11. Since 9/11 the world is so uptight that we had to be concerned about the police getting hyper and arresting us for trespassing. So Rob Avery directed it and went in and signed up to read poetry. He told them that he had to read around 9:11 because something was going to happen but did not tell them what. Me, Rob and Nikki synchronized our watches so we could enter exactly at 9:11. When we entered I had the video camera turned on and we went to the right. Rob was on stage reading. I stopped and video taped. The others walked quickly around the poetry reading yelling "The Sky Is Falling". Rob had decided not to hand out the flyers. He thought they were awkward to deal with. So we didn't. We did carry two signs that said "The Sky Is Falling". We were finished in about 49 seconds. It felt unusual during the raid but I could not pin anything down. I did look for things as well as videotaped. |
